Foundation
Ius Publicum is hereby founded by the Board of Directors of Die Verwaltung, Diritto amministrativo, Public Law, Revista de administración pública and Revue française de droit administratif, with the aim of following the evolution of Public Law in each country involved, highlighting on its influences on the development of an Administrative and Public European Law and its connections with other legal cultures.
The Foundation Act was signed in Madrid on April 26th, 2010. At a later date, the International Journal of Constitutional Law and the Diritto Pubblico joined the network in 2015.

The Issue n. 1/2011 is a collection of the keynote speeches delivered in Madrid on April 26th, 2010 (Video of the Foundation Ceremony). Contributions by researchers wishing to publish their findings to other national cultures are published in the Review (area “Issues”). Reports and updates on the main topics of Public Law and relevant documentation are also published (area “News and Documents”) on a regular basis.
